    Have always used Geodis for imports from Italy. Will not do this again. When something goes wrong, they are very unhelpful, and hopeless at communication. We were expecting a delivery on Wednesday, which was then changed to Thursday, and now (after lots of chasing) we have discovered it is going to be Friday morning. This has meant additional cost for us as we had to cancel carriers booked to transport two pallets to different UK locations, and have now had to book two vans and drivers to ensure that our goods are with our customers on the date we agreed (based on the original delivery date for the shipment from Italy). Fleet manager at High Wycombe would apparently not permit onward shipping, and this has cost them our future business.
